Speaking of Punk Credibility & Taang! Records: Gang Green 7" on KBD

i lover kbd. it's funny- i was actually searching on their site for old taang! stuff and got blanked, and then this popped up today! it's a super rare 7" by gang green, who were like, the original taang! boston hardcore band. i specifically remember having my college sxe buddies chant gang green's classic "alcohol" in admiration/mockery. top hopkins- one time mrr columnist was a particular fan of that tune.

so- "punk credibility"- it's a funny phrase. i know that, personally, i've been told that i have little or none by people at 924 gilman street in 1994, by sxe's @ fugazi shows 1995-1998 & now, indirectly, by readers of my blog. which is fine. you know who had tons of punk credibility? fall out boy. and now look at them.
